Yes, all album sales made through hello82 are officially counted toward the Hanteo and Circle (formerly Gaon) charts, helping support your favorite artists' rankings.
What is your return policy for opened merchandise?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for albums or mystery packs once the plastic wrap has been removed.
Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
